Russian Beauty and IFBB Bikini Athlete Tatiana Koshman drops into Muscle Girls Inc to tell us about her fitness journey that she started in 2002 after she moved to the United States in 2000 with her mother and twin sister. Her first contest was in 2005.
Tatiana started competing in the Figure division and did very well. She was also a full time student at Texas A&M where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Nutrition. Due to some problems with her visa, she was not able to compete at the National level shows and in 2011 she finally earned her IFBB Pro Card. She did well as a Figure Athlete but she found a profound love for the Bikini division and decided to make a switch. Tatiana made her Bikini debut at the 2014 IFBB EuropaPhoenix where she placed 5th. She shares her journey as a bikini athlete and her goals within the sport.
On this episode we also discuss the latest and upcoming contest. We also share the benefits of stretching and 5 stretches you should be doing at least 3-5 times a week to keep your body healthy.
