Hey Everyone!
Wow! So yeah, it has been awhile since I made a blog. March was obviously an awesome month! I turned 30, placed 3rd in the Figure International, and also competed in the Bros vs Pros event in St Louis. Placing 3rd at the Arnold was my goal, so I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!!! My next show is the Orlando Europa at the end of April, which is just shy of 3 weeks. It is right here in my backyard so I am pretty excited for all my friends and family to come and cheer me on.
Bison Buffalo Low Carb Meatloaf Recipe
The same old chicken, fish and steak can get pretty redundant so I decided to come up with a meatloaf recipe that I must say turned out pretty well! Meatloaf is always delicious but the sugary sauce and breading definitely make it a dish to avoid when trying to stay in shape….until now! Try my new take on meatloaf made with bison meat and my homemade sauce! (Sorry for the lack of pictures on making the sauce but I completely forgot! Pretty self explanatory though! If you have any questions just leave a comment and I’ll get back to you ASAP)

Happy Easter Everyone! I’m taking a few moments to write this blog while visiting my family during a 32 hour visit to the Tri-State area (NJ, PA & De). I’ve heard many times this weekend, “I don’t know how you do it; your always on the go.” Well I’ve learned from making these quick trips over the last 2 years to not overcommit. I prioritize the things I need to get done, want to get done, and if time allows would like to get done.

Kris Murrell: Chapter 3: THE 2007 NATIONALS
The measure of a relationship is the accumulation of events that create emotional ties. As trainer and athlete, Kris and I won the women’s heavyweight bodybuilding class at the Pittsburgh, took home a 5th and 1st place trophy at the Jr. Nationals, and a 7th place at our first Nationals. We were moving in the right direction. With Kris’s structure, shape and presentation, the 2007 Nationals was within her ability to win. We put everything we had into that competition. The show was to be in Dallas, Texas.
