How has your life changed since you adopted this lifestyle and started competing? Eat, sleep, and dream about the gym, ORGANIZED ALL the time. During pre-contest I hibernate to work, gym, and home. There is NO social life. Off-season, I get some girl time laughs and giggles, then it is back to business. I know you are thinking, what? No social life? Why in the world would I want to compete, sounds like it sucks!! Well my friend, no, pre-contest is not a bed of roses, it is a love-hate relationship! I really don’t care for pre-contest however I crave it in my off season. I know, I am werid! I like having goals and a purpose to my madness. Stage is my few moments in time when I can shine, a moment all my own and I intend to look good on stage . My 6pac cooler has become an accessory for every outfit!
I have used every fitness career success as an opportunity to speak out against child abuse. I am a child abuse survivor.

What have you found to be the best way to balance family, friends, career, this lifestyle, etc… stay ORGANIZED and stay AHEAD of the game. MAKE LISTS!!! Especially during re-contest when you can’t remember anything!! My iphone is my LIFESAVER!!
I am a mother of a 4 yr old, a wife, work full-time and part-time (trainer), school full-time completing my BS in CIS (graduate in May), and started Tiff’s Monsta Krew.
Tiff’s Monsta Krew is a group of local competitors who do fund raisers for competition expenses and community work to pay back their community for their support. About ½ have never competed before and I am helping them with everything. www.facebook.com/tiffsmonstakrew
If you could change places with one competitor for the day who would it be and why? My accomplishments are earned by my blood, sweat and tears and I wouldn’t change places with anyone. Although Daniel Grissom is a pretty cool cat with compassion and loyalty to all those that know him!
Name two of the most inspirational people in your life and tell why they inspire you. My child!! My child because I want to be a good example for him now and in the future. I want him to learn to be the best you can be, work hard, anything you want to accomplish is obtainable however you are going to have to work hard. Those that continuously work hard will rise to the top. You will fail, you will fall, and you will stumble. What you choose to do afterwards, separates the true champions from the others. Stand up, dust yourself off and keep striving to achieve your goals. Always have your game face on!
My Foster Mom, Margaret Claytor, she loved me when no one else did! She inspires me to have honor, give back, be gracious, help others, and have compassion.
Tell one recipe or supplement you can’t live without. No recipes here. I don’t cook at all! My husband does ALL of my cooking for pre-contest. I am so thankful for him!! So, a supplement would be my theromogenic. I also don’t drink coffee EVER. But I love my thermo!!! And if it counts my MONSTER energy drinks when I need a boost in my off season!! Love my sponsor!!!
Tell about a typical training day for you. What exercises, how many sets/reps…etc… It varies day to day and week to week and season to season!! I am always changing it up, and trying something new. I love the challenge of finding new ways to shock the muscle.
In closing, Who would you like to give a shout out to? My husband and Manager, Trevor, for his love and support. Without it, I could not do what I love to do. My Monsta Krew team for keeping me motivated and humble! Community service and helping local competitors compete are the two greatest things I can do, wrapped all up into one!!!
And I can't forget my motto: “Let’s Do This!”
