Hammer Strength Shoulder Press 5x8-12
Seated Dumbbell Front Raises 5x10-12
Dumbbell Upright Rows: 5x10-12
Nautilus Machine Side Raises: 5x10-12
Prone Wide Dumbbell Rows: 5x10-12
Seated Bent-over Rear Flies: 5x10-12
