In this workout I really wanted to work on building the upper and middle chest, while defining the lower chest.
I start with my upper chest by doing incline barbell press. After that I sculpt the pecs with scoops on the cable machine. Then I move on to manipulating a seated Hammer strength machine to build the middle portion of my chest. To finish it off, I burn it out with weighted pushups. I like to finish my workouts with a good burnout exercise.
I don't count reps, it’s more of the mind to muscle connection focus I go with. But, on this particular workout I was working between 8-15 reps per set.
