The importance of a powerful looking chest is undeniable in the Men's Physique division. All body parts are important, but few draw the atttention on the stage like an awesome chest. Are you looking to improve yours?
Like I mentioned in my last article I like to switch my workouts up all the time. Here is my current chest workout:
Incline dumbbell press 8-12 reps, 4 sets
Cable cross over 12-15 reps, 3 sets...
Smith machine incline press 8-12 reps, 3 sets
Pec deck fly 8-12 reps, 3 sets
Bench press 10 reps, 7 sets (less than 30 seconds rest between sets)
Try it out and let me know what you think. The last exercise is a killer after a great workout like this one. Remember as always keep your intensity high and push yourself!
