What peaked your interest in training?
My waist size: at the age of 19, I had issues with motivation and discipline. Because of this, my waist was nearly 40 inches. Realizing the direction I was headed, I committed myself to changing. Over the course of the next year I dropped nearly 100 lbs (260 – 170lbs).
Who influences/influenced your training?
My workout partner, who also happens to be my wife: Patty. She is a national level figure competitor and former Division-1 heptahlete.
Sports: Track and Field: Sprints / High Jump, Rugby, Soccer

What keeps you on track towards reaching your goals?
Setting attainable short term goals helps me maintain motivation as I work toward my long term goals. I also do everything I can to mitigate set-backs. (Oh there are always set-backs)
Interesting fact or something you would like our readers to know about you:
I have an identical twin brother, (Mike) who is preparing for his first competition which is at the end of August.
