I would have to say drinking a BCAA/Glutamine supplement throughout the entire day is HUGE! Allows me to constantly be recovering and ready for more!
What peaked your interest in training?
My parents were and both are still very active and healthy; so I learned from an early age the importance of Fitness! Seeing that by adhering to the 3 D’s; Discipline, Drive, and Determination ANYTHING is possible! It has amazed me how Fitness and Training mirror everything else in life and that we truly have NO LIMITS, except those that we place on ourselves is what drives me every day to new heights!
Who influences/influenced your training?
My biggest influences in life are those that live their lives and use their gifts and blessings that they are given! Seeing someone with true passion no matter what it is, is truly an inspiring thing to witness! What keeps you on track towards reaching your goals?
Knowing that every breath I take is a Gift and that the one thing we all ultimately have in any situation that can never be taken from us is our ATTITUDE and I choose to have a positive one and work tirelessly to better myself and those around me EVERY DAY!
Interesting fact or something you would like our readers to know about you:
That unfortunately SO many people only see the end result and not the Blood, Sweat, and Tears that it took to get here! It is my failures that give me my strength! I am inspired by each person I around me that dares to live their Dreams, so for this I am the one that is ultimately in gratitude!
