Bump to Rump Series: Exercise #4 Straddle Bench Jump

 

This exercise should be done either at a Smith Machine or near another sturdy apparatus which you can hold onto for this very challenging move.  Stand so that you are straddling the bench, with feet on floor on either side of the bench. In a quick, explosive move, jump with both feet onto the bench while keeping your body slightly crouched in a squat position.  This move should be rapid, without pauses.
