Bump to Rump Series: Exercise #5 Bench Step Overs

 

Stand at one side of a bench (for demonstration’s sake, we will start on the right side).  Step onto bench with left foot, then quickly with the right.  Immediately step down with left foot onto the floor while keeping right foot on bench.  Repeat same move in opposite direction.  Maintain a crouched position during this move.  You can move in double time, which will force you to hop quickly on and off the bench.
