Guy Cisternino joins Dave Palumbo on RXMuscle's 1 on 1 interview talk show, Live With, and did not hold back.

Cisternino, one of the more opinionated bodybuilders on the scene, talks about his recent - albeit friendly - back and forth with fellow 212'er Derek Lunsford, and the recent training session they had at Bev's Gym.

"Quadro," who has a reputation as one of the hardest trainers in the gym, talks about who he thinks is - pound for pound - the hardest trainer he's ever seen, hint hint, he's talking about a bodybuilding legend!

Cisternino also weighs in on the topic of health and maintaining health, all while in the midst of his comeback - in which he has had to endure a myriad of injuries and setbacks.
