Working with Jill Mills and with the support of another Worlds Strongest Woman in Kristen Rhodes, Alanna took the runner up spot in California's Strongest Woman and then dominated the competition in Scotland. Alanna talks about the upcoming Americas Strongest Woman this weekend in Dennison, Tx, she gives us her input as a woman from the other side of the fence... and it is worth a listen!
