First Derek Poundstone stops in to talk about his injury at the Arnold Strongman Classic and his seemingly out of no where performance and win one week later at the Giants Live qualifier in Australia. He discusses his new found fortitude after a few days of self contemplation and his Indy movie release; B.O.S.S. Brothers of Stone and Steel.

Next up, IPL World Record holder and Powerlifting Philanthropist Therese Janc comes by to discuss this weekends Relentless Powerlifting event and the Hope Foundation charitable lifters competing in the event. Therese has raised $3,750 so far, can she make it to $4,000? The Hope Foundation lifters have raised more than $73,000 total... and maybe the boys can find some spare change to pad those well deserving coffers? Therese also discusses her Redslife.com website and tackling social media in the corporate world as well as finding her birth mother after more than 30 years and an ocean away in Ireland.
