What do you feel is the WORST part of contest prep?
Nothing I love everything about contest prep!! Haha sike, who says that??
The worst part for me has to be the last few weeks when Splenda and fruit are cut out of the diet. I love my morning fruit!!
Would you please tell us a little about your workout schedule?
On Season: 7 days a week 2 of those days are one on one with my trainer.
Offseason: 7 days a week 2 of those days are one on one with my trainer.
If you had to lose one of your 5 senses, which one would you prefer to lose and why?
This is a tough one...I would have to say taste. Even though I love food (especially cake) it would make my preps for shows a lot easier! I love my music, in my daily life, and have to have it in the gym.
If you could change one thing about this sport what would it be?
This is a sport that takes dedication, sacrifice, discipline and strength. This sport challenges the mind as well as the body and pushes it to the ultimate limits. I wouldn't change one thing about this sport, if it were easy, everyone would do it.
If you had a time capsule what would you put inside it and why?
I would put a protein shaker in it so that they can see what we used back in our day for our shakes.
I would put in an iPhone so that they can see what our phones were like.
What is your favorite vacation spot?
So far, Huntington Beach, CA, but I have not been to very many places (yet)
What advice do you have for women who would like to get involved in and compete in the sport of bodybuilding?
Hold Strong. Never give up. Have patience. Do work!!!
What is a day-in-the-life of NJ like?
Work, gym, tan, eat, sleep, love, repeat....
Favorite Motivational Quote:
"Strength is not all about the time that you workout at the gym. You need the heart to truly become one." ~Marie Keating~
