Reigning Classic Physique Olympia champion Chris Bumstead joins Dave Palumbo on RXMuscle's Iron Road to the Olympia. Bumstead, who dethroned 2 x champion Breon Ansley after consecutive runner-up finishes in 2017 and 2018, talks about his approach to retaining the crown this upcoming Olympia.
The Canadian star admits that he has exhibited a renewed approach to this Olympia prep, including removing a lot of the stressors that plagued him in previous years, and - for the most part - staying off social media. Bumstead indicates that he's not only not following what Ansley and his other top rivals are posting on their social media, that he - in fact - 'forgot' that he himself was the Classic Physique champion (until someone reminded him recently).
Can "C-Bum" make it two in a row, tying the aforementioned Ansley for most Classic Physique Olympia titles?
