With a name like “Quads,” what bodybuilder would pass up the opportunity to visit that gym? When SallyAnne texted me Saturday morning at 7am, “We are going to Quads today," I thought she just made a typo and left out the “do” (as in going "to do" quads today). Immediately, I told Big Sean Andros that it’s time to get his nocturnal ass up; we’re leaving in 30 minutes because SallyAnne says we’re doing quads today. Without even so much as lifting his head off the pillow he corrects me: “We’re not training quads today, we’re going to Quads today - we’re training shoulders. It’s the name of the gym. It’s been voted one of the top 10 gyms and it’s supposed to be amazing.” Now I was really excited (and I was glad it wasn’t leg day).
-How did you find RxMuscle?
--- A: I was a member of MD, and when I logged on one day after having not been on in a while, I saw that John and Dave were fired. I wanted to know both sides, so I logged onto RxMuscle and the rest is academic.
This month I would like to talk about what happened to me both physically and mentally after arriving here at the Westchester County Jail. I will also talk about my feelings and views towards steroids.
Up to the time of my arrest I was on a heavy cycle. This consisted of 1800 mg of test and 400 mg of tren a week. In addition I was taking 50 mg of D-Bal and 10 IU's of GH a day. I weighed 298 lbs. at the time and at 6'3" I guess you can say I was a big fucker. Well I'm sure all of you know when you're on a cycle you should taper off. I was forced to stop taking all my shit the day I was arrested. After about a week of eating Ramen Soup (which by the way cost 5 cents in the real world but in here it's 50 cents - rip-off), I got a nosebleed. I'm used to eating "clean". All the sodium in the soup shot my blood pressure up through the roof.
I'd like to start this month's commentary by setting a few things straight. Last month I told you about the "low life rat" who started the DEA investigation against me. As I said previously, it only took four bottles of "gear" (anabolic steroids) handed to the DEA by King Rat that resulted in me paying with five years of my life. By revealing another Rat-Fuck here, hopefully no one else will have to go through what I did.
Europa Battle of Champions promoters Ed and Betty Pariso are always trying to think outside the box when it comes to making their hugely poplar bodybuilding and fitness extravaganzas bigger, better and more exciting. I think the incredible car shows they stage inside the expos are a perfect example. At the upcoming Hartford event (July 23rd and 24th), there will be a very special treat-- Train With the Pros! The idea is to have a gym set up in the midst of all the vendors on the expo floor and have top IFBB Pro bodybuilders. fitness, and figure competitors train.
