Which Sleep Position is Best?

As fitness enthusiasts, even with the crazy, fast-paced lifestyle that we all lead, we spend a decent amount of time sleeping. If we want to make the most of our training, quality sleep is an absolute necessity. As a chiropractor, I frequently get asked about the best position for sleeping.
February 17, 2014. Today is my 46th Birthday. I still feel like I’m 23 years old, yet when I look in the mirror I see a much older version of myself. When I raise up my arms, I feel severe shoulder pain; when I take a step to walk, my right quad is stiff and painful. This might depress some people. But I ascribe to Andre Maurois’ outlook on aging: “Growing old is no more than a bad habit which a busy person has no time to form.”
