IFBB Pro Valerie Gangi is a veteran to the bodybuilding stage. Back in 1997 she retired from bodybuilding and made her return to the Pro stage in 2008, this time as a Figure competitor. She joins Colette & Krissy to fill us in as to what made her decide to come back, what she did during her time off, and how far she plans on taking her figure career!

The lovely Andrea Giacomi is fresh off an overall win in Women's Bodybuilding at this past weekends NPC Eastern USA Championships.
