If you could change into a superhero for a day who would you be and why? Wonder Woman! Are you kidding me?! She gorgeous and has super-powers!
What made you begin dedicating your lifestyle to this sport? I had always worked out but never to this extreme. This sport will push you to the edge and continue to challenge you.
What approach do you take to dieting...carb cycle..keto? I would say I am really high protein, low carb …but really whatever my coach tells me to eat
What do you think is the biggest misconception people have about competing? The biggest misconception is the amount of food that you have to eat is huge, not starving. The mental game you have to play to make it through another day.
What is your most embarrassing childhood memory? I was at track practice thinking I was looking so cool because all the boys were pointing and looking at me, but I didn't realize it was because I had toilet paper stuck to the back of my shoe.
What is the biggest lesson you have learned about YOURSELF during your contest prep? You are your own worst enemy or your biggest drive to succeed. I always tell myself, "Don't look back, just look forward and keep going"
Who do you look up and admire and why? I admire, Nilsa Anderson, IFBB Pro/Great friend/Great ball-buster/cardio nazi
