Stephanie Willes Walks Into The Pro Ranks: A Good Ring To It: Blog #4
Good Morning Rx Family!
I find myself this week full of energy and positive emotions. Although physically tired at times with doing 2 rounds of cardio every day, my mental state is stronger than ever. I’ve really been pushing hard in the gym with every workout. I can see differences in my physique in just the last 3 weeks. I have mentioned the need for more conditioning in my glute and hamstring area and boy oh boy I will have it at my Pro Debut! The PBW IFBB Championships will be August 9-10 in Tampa Florida and I just got back my signed contract from Jim Manion on Saturday. I’m extremely excited to be able to meet and greet with the fans on Friday and get to know my fellow pro athletes a little bit more. I hear that Tim Gardner promotes one heck of a show and gives a lot of thought to making the Pro’s feel like a Pro. I’m really looking forward to this experience and I really think that it will finally hit me that I’m really a pro! I have had people come up to me in the gym and say hey is that Stephanie Willes IFBB Pro? Its sounds so awesome but I usually pause for a moment and say, Oh yeah, they are talking to me!! It has such a great ring to it.
Speaking of having a good ring to it, I was thinking of getting a personalized license plate for my car. Looking for suggestions!!! Please post any you might have that has to do with muscle, IFBB, Women’s Physique, thing’s like that. This will be fun so please share your ideas with me.
And since we are sharing, I came up with this not so inventive protein pancake that is very low calorie.(I’m sure it has already been thought of but I was just experimenting myself)
*4 egg whites
*1/2 scoop Myofusion Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Whey Protein
* 1 to 2 spoons of Stevia
*Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Using Nonfat Cooking spray coat small skillet and pour batter into it to make one awesome sized pancake.
*Mix 2 Tbsp of PB2 together in a small bowl.
*Once Pancake is cooked all the way through place on a plate and spread pb2 on top, then drizzle with Walden Farms Zero Calorie Pancake Syrup.
*Voila you have super yummy fantastic contest diet friendly pancake that is to die for. I will only do this from time to time just to switch things up. It’s very low carb which I like and full of peanut buttery flavor!! How can you go wrong with this breakfast!?

This past week I have also gotten a chance to enter a contest at NZ Nutraceuticals to be a sponsored athlete. I had a great time putting together my video submission for them and know it would be an amazing opportunity for me if selected, but I would also like to wish all applicants the best of luck in this contest! Supporting other athletes is a must for me. I have had so much support in the past from athletes of all types, beginners to pros and must say it goes such a long way and am paying that forward and wanting to help, inspire and motivate as many people as I can along my journey. A friend of mine and IFBB Men’s Physique Pro Trevor Larson has come out with a great clothing line called UP Wear, (Ultimate Physiques Wear). I tried on a shirt and hoodie at Jr. Nationals and it is without a doubt the most comfy fabric I have ever touched. The women’s and men’s shirts have the perfect fit to show off your muscles and are super soft. You can get yours at www.upfitwear.com.
This week it’s back to posing practice every day! Have to step up my game for these pro shows. I know these ladies have some amazing routines on stage and I plan to do the same. I’ll be pushing it HARD till the end, with just under 4 weeks left till my Pro Debut!!!
If you plan on coming to the USA’s please stop by the Quest Nutrition Booth and say hello. I will be there all weekend and would love to meet you!
Have healthy week and remember you are what you eat!!!
Xoxo
