What do you like best about being a diet coach? Seeing my people happy achieving thier goals
Competition history: Seaside 1992 First place, Golds Classic 1992 first place and overall open winner, I tore my quad off my knee 5 years later as I was prepping for the Oregon, kinda sidelined me for a bit
What Cardio Type Would You Recommend for Fat Loss and or Pre Contest, High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) or Low Intensity Steady State (L.I.S.S.)? Neither, I hate cardio, the less you have to do the better.
How do you diet your clients? Using the carb cycling approach, keto? Steady carbs and thats all I'm going to say on this.
What is your protocol for filing out days prior to stepping onstage? Don't deplete.
What is the most challenging aspect of dieting clients? Crazy mood swings, anyone doing this crazy diet will get them.
What supplements do you reccommend the most to your clients? BCAA's, glutamine, ect.
What is the oddest question you have ever been asked by a client? Whats this clear oily stuff comming out of me at odd moments? ( too much orange roughy) never thought of that girl as sexy again.
Do you also provide training programs to clients? If so, how do you determine the best program for each individual? Trial and error has always worked for me, heavy on the error.
What formula do you use to determine how many macro nutrients to give each client? Weight loss weekly is a good guide, again trial and error.
Do you have clients manipulate water prior to getting onstage? If so how? I do and I'm not going to tell you, job security :)
What is the best way for potential clients to reach you? Face book under Noel Fuller, www.NoelFuller.com
