Heather Dees joins Dave Palumbo on RXMuscle's "Iron Road to the Olympia," powered by Yamamoto Nutrition and Pro Tan.
Dees, once a powerhouse in the Figure division, has (2) 2nd place finishes at the 2013 and 2014 Arnold Classic (Ms. Figure International) and a 4th place finish at the 2012 Olympia on her resume. She talks about some of the personal challenges she has had to endure and overcome to working her way back to top form. Dees would put out an impressive performance at this past year's Ms. Figure International, earning 6th place.
