With The Olympia just weeks away Tory is doing all that he can to come in at his best.  Here is Tory's current chest routine as he gets in his final workouts.

THE LIFT:

1. Warm up with 100 push-ups.

2. Incline dumbbell chest press 6x10

3. Incline barbell press 4x10

4. Decline barbell press 5x10

5. Peck fly 5x10

6. Dips 4x15

7. Supinated cable tri extension 4x15
