up with new IFBB Men’s Physique Pro Alex Carneiro to talk about his journey into the awesome world of Men’s Physique and after talking for just a few short minutes it was clear, Alex Lives the Fitness Lifestyle and is a perfect representation of what Men’s Physique is all about...
Both Alex and I are from Colourful Colorado, however we live about 4 hours apart, but because of both of our LOVES for Fitness we have crossed paths many times and I can tell you that Alex is a class act and meeting up with him was a great experience! Not only did he take time out of his day to assist me with refining my Posing (which was a tremendous help), but he also sat down and talked with me with genuine passion and interest! Here is a guy that is in the VERY Elite Category of being an IFBB Men’s Physique Pro and he is ALREADY working hard to help others achieve their Dreams and that is what it’s all about!
I was VERY impressed when Alex had more to say about helping others than he had to say about his many accomplishments and this is something that I always pick up on when interacting with others, it truly is amazing how those that help others are Blessed with amazing Gifts themselves and that is what it’s all about!
When I asked Alex if he felt that he had an obligation to the new Division he instantly got excited and told me that he wants to immediately and continue to shape the sport and keep it always true to it’s ideals! This is very important and no different than when you see a Company “restructuring,” they are going back to the core values that made them successful and the ones that always stay true, will always prevail and that is what it’s all about!
I feel very fortunate to have met up with Alex, because that alone inspired me, you see I believe that we are all vessels and carry a message and the True Gift is being able to deliver it to others! To see another with just as much Passion and Love only proves to me that Men’s Physique will inspire so many and that is what it’s all about!
One thing that I have experienced and that Alex reaffirmed was the camaraderie that there is in Men’s Physique and this is something that is just amazing and can unfortunately be very rare in some of today’s sports! What it gets down to is that Men’s Physique is providing an outlet for so many that were just praying for the puzzle pieces to ALL match up and provide them with a Beautiful Finished Product and that Product is here! As I prepare for USA’s in Las Vegas on July 29th and 30th one thing that will constantly be on my mind is being able to join the others that have a True Love for Fitness and see the Big Picture; If we all work together we can all be so much better than we could ever be alone and that is what it’s all about!
I can say with the utmost confidence that I am proud to have someone like Alex Carneiro representing Men’s Physique and seeing his example and attitude only serves to inspire me to reach new heights, so that I can also use my Gifts even more to help Others and that is what it’s all about!
