Q: Congrats on a great showing! What made you decide to compete in the Men’s Physique Division?
A: To take my fitness lifestyle to the next level!
Q: Can you tell us a little about the show in which you most recently competed?
A: I recently competed in the Dexter Jackson Classic 2014 taking home 1st in my class!
Q: How did you feel after pre-judging?
A: As if I had jumped off the high dive finally. The stage just feels like home now.
Q: How did you feel about the final results of the show?
A: Great! Considering I have a 1st place trophy that basically says I’m sexy!
Q: What are your thoughts on the Men's Physique Division and what it may be able to do for your career?
A: The Men’s Physique Division is great for the all-natural competitor looking to show the world what a healthy lifestyle looks like. I feel as if it will allow me to help others follow in my foot steps in health/fitness.

Day 1: chest/back
Day 2: shoulders/legs
Day 3: abs/calves
Day 4: rest-cardio
Day 5: bis/tris
Day 6: abs/cardio

Typical daily eating plan:
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 1 cup oats
Meal 2: 6 oz ground turkey 10z sweet potato, green beans
Meal 3: 6 oz chicken breast, 1.5 cups of brown rice, asparagus
Meal 4 (pre workout): 6 oz ground turkey, 10z sweet potato, green beans During workout: BCAA's, 1/2 serving karbolyte
Meal 5 (post workout): 6 oz chicken breast, 15-16oz white potato, green beans or spinach
Meal 6: lean casein shake, 1tbls all-natural peanut butter
Favorite supplement: Karbolyte (during training)
Q: What peaked your interest in training?
A: To see what I could become if I gave it my all.

A: My trainer and best friend IFBB PRO Sheridan Hause.

A: The support from my family and friends!
Q: What’s an interesting fact or something you would like our readers to know about you?
A: I never set foot into a gym until I was 20. I decided that I was going to do this right and never turn back. Never slow down, if you have a goal you need to strive to be 1% better every day! If you have family and friends supporting your goals then you have an obligation to achieve them. Every day, find a way!
