This week, the boys from the Rx Power Hour are heading deep into the hear of Texas with one of the strongest, baddest and most bitchin ladies in any sport today, Mrs Jill Mills, 2x Worlds Strongest Woman and Undefeated Powerlifitng Phenom. Jill and the boys relive the old days of heavy training and competing and what it takes today in the Over 40 crowd to keep it all in check. Jill recently in an off handed attempt, deadlifted 495lbs for a clean 5 reps, so we know she still has it! This and her upcoming Texas Strongest Man AND APF Powerlifting weekend in San Antonio March 16th and 17th keep her a very busy lady.
