People tend to use the phrase of “JuAmy J, Tiff, Kaydest Believe” a ton. There’s also “Dream big”, “If you can Dream it you can Achieve it”, and so forth. So do YOU believe in these phrases?
I DO.

I live life day to day by motivational and inspirational quotes and sometimes I have to remind myself to be patient that good things will come from my hard work. So where am I going with this?? I wanted to share with you my weekend at the Orlando Europa Expo and what all occurred during two days!

So this past Friday I had a meeting in Dothan, Alabama at 9am CST and once the meeting let out I was going to take “Clifford” or “Big Red” (the two names I’ve given my red H3) for a 5 ½ hour drive to Orlando, Florida. I couldn’t wait to get to Florida! I love it! And of course I couldn’t wait to get to the Europa to see my coach, Sarah Long, teammates, friends, and Absolute Fuel (the booth/product I was promoting).

Once I got to Orlando I was tired from the drive but it was so therapeutic and relaxing. I jammed out to every CD I had and even made funny videos with my iphone sitting on the dash board (shhhhh don’t tell anyone hahaha). Anyways, I pulled up to the Convention Center and was practically sprinting inside! Once inside a sense of peace came over me! I was filled with joy to be around others who shared the same dreams and aspirations.

During the expo I got to promote one of my favorite products, Absolute Fuel, and one of my fellow fitness competitors was working straight across from me… Michelle Blank. I love being around her! She’s always full of positive energy! Michelle and I got to chat about diet food which was great! I had expressed that I was in need of some new recipes and alternatives. She didn’t hesitate to give me new ideas!

Another one of my favorites and I consider her one of my best friends is Amy Justice. She was working the Gym Life booth and was texting me on the way down excited to know when I would be arriving! Once I got there I couldn’t wait to give her a huge hug!! She immediately said “Tiff! There is this awesome obstacle course in the back and you have to run it!!” We are always competitive with each other and it’s so much fun! I was skittish at first and then decided to participate later as the day went on. Amy and I ran it together and we both came out with scrapes and bruises but we finished LOL! (I will tell you how I finished later on!!)

Once I got the chance, I took a second to mingle around and I ran me and alexisin to a fellow Alabama Native Robin Harris. She was working the Dymatize booth! Reconnecting with her landed me the guest performance at the 2012 SouthEastern Gold’s Classic in Gadsden, Alabama. She was so sweet!
I also got to visit with my teammates… Jenn, GMac, Ciara, Kiera, and Jess. It’s so nice to have that bonding time and hug each other and keep each other grinding!! And last but not least Jason and Kara! They took care of me all weekend long!

Once the expo was coming to an end I had met so many people and swapped so many business cards that I was content and satisfied with my marketing skills! Once we wrapped up the Absolute Fuel booth we all walked to the back to see who had won the obstacle course and the prize money that went along with it. My heart was in my throat…. And in the end I WON!! YIPEE!!
My eyes filled with tears of joy because I knew that the only reason this was possible was because I told myself before I left Alabama on that Friday morning to be patient and “Just Believe”. Hard work does pay off. It may not be in the way you think but the Lord above does have a plan and if you continue to push yourself every day past your limit to reach new goals you will obtain Victory!

Saturday evening I jumped in Clifford and we headed toward Gainesville to surprise my teammate and practically sister Alexis Montgomery… Shelly Cannon and I worked it out to where I could surprise her!! The three of us went late night grocery shopping for all the healthy foods we needed and caught up on gym life and personal life. It was amazing!

All in all the 2 ½ days I spent in Florida were the most amazing days I’ve had in a while and I went with minimal funds but a lot of hopes and dreams!!!

WHY NOT GO OUT ON A LIMB?… IT’S WHERE ALL THE FRUIT IS!!!
