Shredded Pecs with Ian Lauer IFBB Pro

THE LIFT:

Incline DMB Bench Press: 5x8-12

Incline Cable Fly: 5x8-12

Incline Machine Chest Press: 5x8-12

Dumbbell Bench Press: 4x6-10

Push-Ups: 4x25
