IFBB Pro Fred Smalls is one of the better posers on stage, and knows how to present the bodybuilding physique.  2012 has been a positive upswing in his career, first taking Top 5 in Connecticut at the 2012 IFBB Europa Battle of Champions, and most recently placing 2nd at the IFBB Chicago Pro WINGS OF STRENGTH show just a couple of weeks back.  He joins Heavy Muscle Radio tonight to talk about what changes he made to both bodybuilding and his personal life that put him on the road to success!

Barbarian Brother David Paul has a new movie coming out, called "Faith Street Corner Tavern", and it's all about his brother, the eclectic Peter Paul! According to the description: "This film grabs your mind and your soul, pulling you into a dreamlike dimension; into a facet of time where no time really exists."  The reviews are coming in for what's been filmed so far, and they're all positive!  He joins Dave Palumbo to get more in depth about his motivation behind making the film, and what message he's trying to convey to the audience!
