2014 Arnold Strongman Classic, Photos, Videos, Interviews and Updates from Columbus!
This is primed to be another HUGE show. Zydrunas is back and better than ever. Brian Shaw has recovered from injury and is the reigning Worlds Strongest and Americas Strongest man. Vytautas Lalas is the returning ASC champion. Newcomers Dimitar Savitinov, the Barnum and Bailey Strongman makes his first appearance as well as the GAT sponsored 6' 8" 405lb Robert Oberst. Jerry Pritchett just won the LA Fit Expo for his 2nd shot at the big stage... It is going to be a great show.

quick update. Alanna Casey wins the first LW womens event, the Circua DB in strongwoman with 12, Kristin Rhodes wins SHW with 6 reps.

Bodybuilding wrapping up.
Bill Kammerer will be on the microphone this year. An incredible historian and a very eloquent speaker, I'm glad to see Bill here instead of the regular announcer who knows nothing about the sport.

Bryan says his Tapatalk isn't working. He asked me to post this:
Zydrunas Wi s the Austria Oak With 4 reps, Brian Shaw with 3. Robert Oberst and Mike Burke tie for 3rd with 2.
Krzyzstov Radzikowski ruptured his right triceps when he lost the 400 lb log over his head. Passing on competing in the Yoke. Probably out for the event.

Zydrunas wins the yoke at 1400lbs and walked the 10' course in 3.7 seconds. Brian Shaw was 2nd with 5.5 seconds. Burke & Thor were 3rd and 4th.
