hi everyone,
i hate this damn show more than cardio in a sauna
my question is :
dave , what are your thoughts on d-aspartic-acid (3g a day) for men with low test for example post-cycle (+ should it be taken in a cycled pattern ? ) and what do you think about the potential cardio-vascular-system-protecting effect of citrulline (like 4g in the morning + 4g before bed)

Question for Ask Dave, mean the world to me if you can answer on the show.
Dave, I rather watch my cities Waste Collectors take my garbage than watch your garbage show".
With your coaching experience, have you ever been a diet or strength coach for combat athletes? (Example mma/boxing) If so, how many days of the week did you have the athlete work on their strength/cardio and how long were the workouts? Do you have any recommendations of important exercises to incorporate in a routine for that kind of athlete?
Jokes aside I have nothing but respect and admiration of your knowledge and passion for health/fitness!

OK. Since this show stinks so much, I've got a question dealing with stench. Dave - I was listening to an old really horrible podcast you did and you mentioned that poor protein digestion can result in bad gas. How does one overcome such stench. And while we are on the subject of stench (did I mention how much this show stinks), while on your ketogenic diet, how much should a 200ish pound guy be pooping a day?

Dave, this show is as bad as Donald Trump's tacky haircut!
I am currently coming back from an 8 week layoff from training due to a surgery that had to be done and am a natural athlete. I have been wanting to try Keto but have never actually committed to the idea until now. I am currently around 250 at a height of 6 foot and around 20-25% body fat. How and when would you recommend I begin the switch to ketosis and would it benefit me to up my calories (mostly clean) for a couple weeks to try to put some muscle back on before starting the diet?
