Aaron Backstage With Haley Davis
At the 2011 Lone Star Classic in Dallas, Texas I first interviewed Haley Davis (24 years old). It was her first show, not a national qualifier, but I knew potential when I saw it. I told Haley and her boyfriend Sam Sanders that she had what it takes to be an IFBB Bikni Pro. Today, at NPC Jr. Nationals, when the first callout was made, Haley was in it… Dead center!
Haley has been competing in bikini contests since she was 17 years old. Unlike most competitors, Haley has earned some serious money competing in bikini contests around Texas. Last weekend she won $2,000 in Lubbock, Texas and the weekend before she won $1,500 in Atlanta!
I asked Haley for one thing about herself that would surprise or shock people and she told me, “People would be surprised that my favorite store is Goodwill. I’m a low maintenance girl!”
If Haley get her pro card tomorrow night, she will do the closest pro show to her Dallas home; The Houston Pro!
